A pioneering fashion choreographer and commentator, Vidyun Singh has been closely involved in fashion and design since the inception of the Indian fashion industry. She has given direction to, and benchmarked the presentation of Indian design on national and international platforms. She has also been an advisor on the National Design Policy panel and Handloom Board.⁣⁣


Currently, Vidyun Singh is Director Programmes, Habitat World, India Habitat Centre. Heading the Programmes Department since its start in 1997, she has worked extensively in the programming of performing and fine arts events. She has curated multiple theatre and film festivals, as well as fashion and art exhibitions over the years.⁣⁣ .⁣

A concept jewellery designer by profession, each unique piece in her collection is always handcrafted by highly skilled and dedicated artisans. Traditional craftsmanship is infused into all the pieces and every item in the collection echoes the love and hard work of the hands that made it by using⁣⁣ techniques handed down through generations.

Declared the winner of Sustainable Design Award by Fad International and Helsinki Fashion⁣⁣ Week in 2019, the Roma Narsinghani brand is dedicated to using the most environmentally friendly materials and processes at every stage of production, starting from using recycled brass as base material for all the pieces till the finished product.⁣⁣ She is now taking her mission to create a conscious culture to an even wider audience through Future Collective.⁣

Asha Kochhar

Executive Producer

Asha Kochhar is a renowned fashion show producer. Her company Media Makers, started with Vidyun Singh in 1980, has over 1000 successful national and international shows to it’s credit. ⁣

 ⁣

One of the earliest fashion photographers, Asha Kochhar has worked with leading designers in India. In addition to fashion she has a special interest in photographing nature and has also extensively photographed the craft regions, textiles and crafts people of India, for “The Tree Of Life”, a twenty-minute audio visual.⁣


She is now all set to make Future Collective what it needs to be for the good of all of us and make the concept of Conscious Culture, a widespread one.⁣

Armaan Ahluwalia

Technology PARTNER

 

An experienced designer and software engineer, Armaan started his career in the advertising industry in New York. He went on to join the technology startup world where he grew a Unicorn startup – Dataminr – from the ground up as one of its early team members.

 

 

Armaan returned to India and continued to work in the technology space till the creativity bug hit again and the opportunity to work on a product close to home came knocking. He is now making the best of both worlds with Future Collective.

Priya Pall

ART ADVISOR

In a career spanning over 20 years, Priya Pall has worked closely with some of the leading artists, galleries and organisations working within the art scene in India. She founded Artinsights in response to the Indian artistic and cultural sector’s need for bespoke advice and support. The Curatorial Director for Bikaner House, Priya was the Executive Director for INSERT 2014, and Curator for India Art Fair 2009. She was also the Curator for the Contemporary Art section and the Consulting Museologist for the Heritage Transport Museum in Manesar, Haryana. In 2011, Priya Pall was awarded the Art Think South Asia (ATSA) Fellowship by the Goethe Institute.

His company specialises in building robust platforms and mobile applications. He bootstrapped his first startup and worked his way up by learning traits in Marketing and Finance. Despite having no tech background, his curiosity to tech, led him to be a Techie.
